Right to cancel

You have 14 calendar days from the day after you receive your order to tell us, without having to give a reason, that you wish to cancel. This right is granted by the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

To exercise this right, send a clear statement before the deadline expires to support@vira-vie.com, stating your name, your order number and the product or products concerned. We will acknowledge your request and send you the operational return address together with the applicable instructions.

Returning the product

Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you must dispatch the product within 14 days. The product may be handled only as far as is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, as you would in a shop. It must be returned complete, with its accessories and, where possible, in its original packaging.

You may be liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to examine the product. Where you have simply changed your mind, the direct cost of returning the product is yours to bear. Please use a tracked shipping method and keep proof of dispatch.

Refund

Where withdrawal is valid, we refund the sums received for the returned products together with the original standard delivery charge. Any supplement corresponding to a delivery method more expensive than the standard option is not refunded.

The refund is made using the original payment method, unless expressly agreed otherwise, no later than 14 days after your notification. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product or until you have supplied proof of dispatch, whichever is the earlier.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect products

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us promptly if it is damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered. Include your order number and, where helpful, photographs that show the problem. Where the fault or non-conformity falls within your legal rights, the costs necessary for return, repair or replacement are ours to bear.

This policy does not limit your legal rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you have a short-term right to reject faulty goods within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, and rights to repair, replacement or a refund thereafter.

Exchanges

To obtain a different colour or another item more quickly, return the product in accordance with this policy and then place a new order once the return has been accepted, subject to availability.
